NCCB trains Bertoua Hotel chefs on Coffee Brewing methods
Hotels chefs in the East Regional Capcital Bertoua have completed a two day capacity Building workshop.
The training that took place from May 17-18, 2022 at Conference Hall of Martino Hotel was presided-over by the Assistant General Manager of NCCB, Nana Abdoulaye.
Speaking prior to the training, Mr Nana Abdoulaye described the participants as coffee Ambassadors in the East Region, and charged them with a delicate and noble mission of brewing and serving best quality coffee produced in the East.
The workshop that falls in line with Government's overall vision of boosting local consumption of coffee in Cameroon.
